Our firm provides supplemental health and life insurance protection packages to union members, credit unions, and associations. We are seeking a motivated Remote Benefits Coordinator to join our team as an independent contractor (1099).
This is a 100% commission-based position featuring a highly competitive pay structure, monthly renewal commissions, and performance bonuses. We provide you with warm, company-generated leads—individuals who have already requested information on our plans. No cold calling, prospecting, or door-to-door sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact individuals who have actively requested information regarding our supplemental insurance plans.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom to explain available benefits.
• Customize supplemental health and life policies to fit the budget and needs of each family.
• Perform annual benefit reviews and assist long-term clients with claims or updates.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation through our digital system.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a 100% commission, independent contractor (1099) sales structure.
• Exceptional communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach.
• High internet speed, a dedicated home office setup, and comfort using Zoom.
• Strongly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Note: An active Life & Health Insurance License is preferred but not required to apply. We will guide qualified candidates through the licensing process.
