Remote | Bilingual Mental Health Expert — $100–$200/hour

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for bilingual mental health professionals with advanced expertise in psychology or psychiatry to contribute clinical, cultural, and linguistic expertise to an advanced AI training and evaluation project.

Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated psychological content, develop and review clinically informed datasets, identify bias or inaccuracies, and provide detailed expert feedback across psychological case studies, assessments, research scenarios, and therapeutic dialogues. The work requires strong clinical judgement, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly across multiple languages. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

Psychological Content Evaluation & Clinical Review

• Analyse and evaluate AI-generated psychological content for clinical accuracy, relevance, and ethical appropriateness
• Review responses involving psychological case studies, assessments, research scenarios, and therapeutic dialogues
• Identify clinically significant inaccuracies, unsupported reasoning, or inappropriate recommendations
• Assess whether generated content reflects sound psychological principles and professional standards
• Apply expert clinical judgement when reviewing complex or nuanced mental-health scenarios

Dataset Development & Case Study Review

• Develop and review datasets involving psychological case studies, assessments, conversations, and related clinical material
• Evaluate whether scenarios accurately represent realistic psychological and psychiatric contexts
• Help establish high-quality examples for AI training and evaluation workflows
• Review narrative content for consistency, clinical plausibility, and appropriate psychological reasoning
• Contribute expert perspectives grounded in clinical practice, research, or higher education

Bias, Ethics & Cultural Sensitivity

• Identify potential biases, inaccuracies, or culturally inappropriate assumptions within AI-generated outputs
• Recommend evidence-based improvements to strengthen clinical and psychological quality
• Apply ethical principles when evaluating sensitive mental-health content
• Ensure outputs reflect appropriate cultural, linguistic, and contextual considerations
• Support responsible AI development across diverse global user scenarios

Expert Feedback & Interdisciplinary Collaboration

• Produce detailed written feedback and verbal insights that clearly explain evaluation findings
• Communicate complex psychological concepts in accessible and professionally precise language
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate psychological frameworks into AI training processes
• Contribute to documentation, evaluation standards, and knowledge-sharing resources
• Help maintain consistency and clinical rigour across ongoing AI development workflows

Ideal Profile

• Completed Ph.D. in Psychology or M.D. with completed psychiatry residency
• Native proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian
• Advanced English communication skills
• Professional experience in clinical practice, psychological research, psychiatry, or higher education
• Strong ability to explain complex psychological concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats
• Excellent analytical and evaluative skills when reviewing psychological data, case material, and narrative content
• Strong understanding of ethical considerations and cultural sensitivity in global mental-health contexts
• Ability to identify bias, inaccuracies, and clinically inappropriate reasoning
• Experience collaborating within interdisciplinary or technology-focused projects is advantageous
• Strong documentation skills and ability to provide precise, actionable expert feedback
• No prior experience in AI research or model training is required
