Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment? We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team on a temporary assignment supporting nationwide hiring initiatives.

In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and guiding top talent through the hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet hiring goals.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage a pipeline of 10+ active requisitions per month across technical and skilled trade positions.

✅ Source and engage passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media channels.

✅ Conduct phone and virtual screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

✅ Maintain ongoing communication with candidates regarding interviews, onboarding requirements, documentation, and next steps.

✅ Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment experience.

✅ Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers to address candidate-related concerns and facilitate successful placements.

✅ Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and business needs.

✅ Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Previous experience working in a staffing agency environment.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume setting.
• Strong sourcing skills and demonstrated success identifying passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing candidates through Facebook.
• Experience partnering with trade schools, technical institutes, or workforce development programs.
• Experience recruiting for:
• Skilled Trades
• Technical Roles
• Entry-Level Engineering Positions

📍 Position Type: Temporary Assignment

🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

📅 Duration: Based on business needs, with potential for extension depending on performance and project demand.
