Summary

We're looking for a Remote Call Center Agent to deliver outstanding customer interactions while making outbound calls and scheduling appointments. You'll communicate with prospective customers, provide accurate information, update customer records, and help drive business growth through professional and engaging conversations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced call center environment from the comfort of home.

Responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Speak with prospective customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments for licensed representatives using internal systems.
• Follow established call guidelines and communication standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call notes in the CRM.
• Resolve basic inquiries and professionally address customer concerns.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
• Attend virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Support additional customer outreach initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems.
• Self-disciplined with strong time management skills.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer support, outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
