We're seeking a Remote Contact Center Agent to join our remote operations team and engage with prospective customers through outbound phone outreach. You'll provide accurate information, qualify customer interest, schedule appointments, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Engage prospective customers with professionalism and confidence.
• Provide information about available services and answer general questions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments using internal systems.
• Update customer records and call outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Follow established contact center procedures and quality standards.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment goals.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, training, and team meetings.
• Support additional customer outreach initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced contact center environment.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to multitask while navigating CRM and scheduling software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a contact center, call center, customer support, outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and success.
