SUMMARY:

As a Remote Call Center Recruiter, you will connect with prospective candidates through high-volume outbound calling and support the initial stages of the recruitment process. You will conduct phone screenings, communicate employment opportunities, assess candidate suitability, and schedule qualified applicants for interviews. This position is ideal for a confident communicator who is comfortable working with a structured calling process and a high volume of daily candidate interactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct 150-250 candidate outreach and screening calls daily using provided candidate information and CRM tools.
• Contact prospective applicants and introduce available employment opportunities.
• Conduct initial recruitment conversations by phone to learn about candidate experience, communication, and suitability.
• Clearly communicate position details, expectations, requirements, and hiring process information.
• Evaluate candidates using established screening and qualification criteria.
• Identify qualified applicants who should advance to the interview stage.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate call notes, candidate records, screening outcomes, and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Follow established calling scripts, recruitment procedures, and candidate communication workflows.
• Complete additional recruitment and call center support tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and confident phone presence.
• Comfortable conducting a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to evaluate candidate responses.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Primary and secondary internet connection and electricity required.
• Computer and mobile device required.
• Previous experience in call center, recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or talent acquisition is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience following an English-language script is a plus.
