Summary

We're looking for a Remote Client Contact Representative to serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers through outbound phone outreach. You'll build rapport, qualify customer interest, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This entry-level remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided systems.
• Engage customers in professional, friendly, and productive conversations.
• Introduce company services and answer general customer questions.
• Qualify prospects based on established criteria and schedule appointments.
• Accurately document call activity and customer information in the CRM.
• Follow approved scripts, workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals.
• Attend virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional client contact initiatives and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn CRM software and internal processes.
• Previous experience in customer service, client support, call center operations, appointment setting, outbound calling, lead generation, sales, or recruiting is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated mindset, and willingness to learn.
