Summary

We're hiring a Remote Contact Center Representative to communicate with prospective customers, provide accurate information, and schedule appointments through outbound phone outreach. You'll serve as an important point of contact, maintain detailed customer records, and deliver a positive experience on every interaction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer communication, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Engage prospective customers with a professional and friendly approach.
• Explain available services and respond to general inquiries.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments using internal scheduling tools.
• Record customer interactions and update lead information accurately.
• Follow established contact center procedures and communication standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, training, and team meetings.
• Support additional customer engagement and outreach projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to multitask while working across multiple systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in a contact center, call center, customer service, outbound sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
