Summary

We're looking for a Remote Client Outreach Representative to proactively connect with prospective customers, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for our team. You'll make outbound calls, build positive first impressions, qualify potential clients, and maintain accurate records using our CRM system. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people and wants to grow in a remote, customer-focused career.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using our CRM and dialing platform.
• Introduce company services in a professional and engaging manner.
• Qualify potential clients based on established guidelines.
• Schedule appointments for interested and qualified prospects.
• Accurately record call outcomes and customer information in the CRM.
• Follow approved outreach scripts, processes, and compliance standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment goals.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Support additional client outreach campaigns and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, lead generation, appointment setting, client relations, sales, telemarketing, or recruiting is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
