Remote Client Success Manager

What You’ll Do: Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Coordinate project delivery and ensure client satisfaction. Translate client goals into actionable strategies. Collaborate with design, development, and operations teams to execute campaigns and projects smoothly. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a sharp eye for detail. Manage leads and prospects efficiently to drive growth. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a proven record in sales and client communications. Solid experience in account management, sales, and project management. Experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot. Comfortable working with cross-department teams, including design, development, and operations. Understanding of revenue operations (RevOps). Comfortable with video conferencing for client support and sales presentations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once. Digital marketing or agency background is a strong plus.
