Remote CoStar Application Report Developer

We are seeking a Developer with expertise in CoStar, an application for managing real estate and leases.

• Responsibilities include: providing technical support to develop and customize reports, implementing report suites, updating reports for accuracy, and creating or configuring new transaction types within CoStar.


• Additional duties: drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and report management, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring precise report data.


• Qualifications and skills: strong technical proficiency in CoStar reporting and application setup, IT troubleshooting experience, analytical ability to manage transaction reports, excellent documentation skills, and keen attention to detail.
