𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

As a Remote Customer Outreach Associate, you’ll reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls, introduce available services, and help schedule appointments for qualified prospects. You’ll use established scripts and internal systems while working with a supportive remote team focused on strong communication and consistent performance.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using our CRM and dialer system.

• Reach out to prospective customers and introduce available services.

• Clearly explain appointment details and relevant information.

• Follow the provided script and established outreach procedures.

• Build rapport with prospects while maintaining a professional tone.

• Respond appropriately to questions and common objections.

• Identify prospects who may qualify for an appointment.

• Schedule qualified appointments using internal scheduling tools.

• Accurately document call results, lead statuses, and appointment information in the CRM.

• Maintain consistent outreach activity and performance.

• Participate in coaching sessions and team check-ins.

• Perform other support tasks as needed.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.

• Confident and professional phone presence.

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.

• Ability to follow a structured script consistently.

• Strong organization and attention to detail.

• Reliable primary and backup internet connection and consistent power supply.

• Laptop/PC and smartphone required.

• Ability to remain focused and productive while working remotely.

• Previous experience in customer outreach, appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or call center work is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and improve performance.
