Summary

We're hiring a Remote Customer Relations Representative to build strong relationships with prospective customers through professional outbound phone outreach. You'll communicate with potential clients, answer general questions, schedule appointments, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building trust, and delivering exceptional service while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers through professional communication.
• Provide accurate information and answer general customer inquiries.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments using internal systems.
• Maintain detailed customer records and update call outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow established customer relations and communication procedures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and quality goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Support additional customer engagement and outreach initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls throughout the day.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity.
• Previous experience in customer relations, customer service, customer support, call center operations, outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
