We’re hiring full-time customer service agents who live in Santo Domingo to help our customers by [phone / chat / email].

What you’ll do

Answer customer calls, chats and emails in a friendly, professional way

Fix problems, answer questions and process orders or requests

Keep accurate notes in our system

Pass harder cases to a supervisor when needed

What you need

You must live in Santo Domingo (we’ll check)

[Fluent English / Bilingual English–Spanish], spoken and written

1+ year in customer service or a call center (preferred, not required)

A computer (at least 8GB RAM), a headset with a microphone, and stable internet (at least 20 Mbps)

A working inverter or backup power system that keeps your computer and internet on during power outages (proof required)

A quiet place to work at home

Able to work full-time with rotating shifts, including some weekends
