🔥 Personal Injury Case Managers (Remote, Dominican Republic)

🔥 Dominican Republic: we're hiring Personal Injury Case Managers. Remote. Contract work, full-time hours.

If you already run personal injury files for a US law firm and you live in Dominican Republic, this is your seat.

Picture this. A client calls, scared about a hospital bill. You open the file. You know exactly where the case stands, what's waiting on whom, and what happens next. You tell them, and you hear them breathe out.

You're the main contact for case status. Your files reach you ready to work, and you run them to resolution. We're a personal injury firm growing faster than we can hire, and seats are open now.

✅ You're a fit only if ALL of these are true

• You have 2+ years as a case manager at a US personal injury law firm

• GOOD ENGLISH: clear, natural spoken and written English. You'll talk live with US clients, providers, and adjusters every day, and we test it in a live video interview and in your application

• You live in Dominican Republic and you can legally work there as an independent contractor

• You can work hours that overlap US business hours

• You have a reliable computer, a headset, stable internet, and a quiet place to work

• You're comfortable being tracked with Hubstaff (time and screenshots), and you never edit or delete tracked time

• You'll protect private client and medical information

• Take each file ready to work, then make the welcome call and the 30-day call to every client

• Open claims and send Letters of Representation

• Chase police reports, medical records, and bills, and track treatment

• Own your files: every case moves forward, every week

• Be the main contact for case status: update clients, call providers, and work with adjusters

• Get files ready for demands, negotiation, and the attorneys

Motor vehicle accident (MVA) or premises liability experience is a big plus. So is Filevine: we go live on it November 2.
