Remote Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from order to installation and beyond.
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with orders, shipping questions, product details, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records using CRM, and proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
