Summary:
The Data Operations Associate supports donor systems and revenue channels by managing data synchronization, developing reports, and maintaining third-party integrations. Responsibilities include executing ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting system issues, handling data updates, configuring CRM platforms, and collaborating with revenue and marketing teams. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and documentation of data flows and system processes.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in CRM data management (e.g., Salesforce), data querying (SQL, Excel), and integration tools (e.g., Zapier). Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking, and effective communication in English are essential.
