Summary

We're seeking a Remote Dialer Agent to make high-volume outbound calls using our automated dialing system while helping prospective customers schedule appointments. You'll communicate professionally with leads, verify customer interest, update CRM records, and contribute to daily performance goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys phone-based work and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automated dialer and CRM platform.
• Engage prospective customers with confidence and professionalism.
• Explain available services and answer general questions.
• Qualify interested leads and schedule appointments.
• Accurately document call activity and customer information.
• Follow established call flows, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
• Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
• Complete additional outreach and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with automated dialing systems.
• Strong customer service and active listening abilities.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to multitask while navigating CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience as a dialer agent, call center representative, telemarketer, outbound caller, appointment setter, customer service representative, or sales associate is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
