Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Dubai Real Estate Sales Consultant – Commission Only at Aqua Heights Properties. The consultant will identify and qualify leads, conduct virtual property consultations, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and rental processes for Dubai real estate. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, following up with prospects, presenting property options, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to support transactions. The role also involves staying informed about Dubai real estate market trends, maintaining accurate client records, and delivering consistent, professional customer service in a remote environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate Sales and Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, with a focus on responsiveness, client relationship management, and effective communication.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Estate, particularly Dubai property markets, investment concepts, and regulatory considerations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training, such as the ability to absorb new information quickly and apply sales and product training effectively.
• Proven experience in real estate or high-value consultative sales is highly beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems, and online property marketing platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently on a commission-only compensation structure.
• Eligibility to work with Dubai real estate clients and willingness to adhere to relevant legal and ethical standards.
