2. About the Opportunity:

The Remote Executive Assistant to COO role is designed to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Operating Officer by managing priorities, organizing information, coordinating communications, and ensuring projects and follow-ups progress efficiently. This position plays a key role in streamlining executive operations and maintaining organizational accountability.


3. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the COO's calendar, appointments, and scheduling priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, speaking engagements, and travel logistics.
  • Prepare the COO with necessary documents and information before meetings.
  • Organize and maintain the COO's email inbox and communications.
  • Track requests, commitments, deadlines, and follow-up items.
  • Draft, proofread, and review correspondence and reports.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Follow up on projects and action items across departments.
  • Take meeting notes and organize discussion points into actionable tasks.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and business information.
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and event logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Adapt to changing business and executive priorities.


4. Requirements:

  • Fluent in professional English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Located in Central or South America.
  • Minimum of 2 years in an Executive Assistant or related support role.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven reliability and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Good judgment and discretion handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient professional communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Word.


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
