Remote Freelance Software Developer (Kotlin) – AI Trainer

Role Overview:

Seeking an AI Tutor in Coding to collaborate on advancing Generative AI models by generating prompts, defining evaluation criteria, and correcting responses based on domain-specific knowledge. This remote, freelance position allows flexible scheduling to contribute to innovative AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create challenging prompts to test AI capabilities.
• Develop scoring criteria to assess AI answer accuracy.
• Refine AI responses using domain expertise.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of Kotlin development experience (Android or server-side).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
• Strong knowledge of JVM ecosystem, Java interoperability, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and modern architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Proficiency with coroutines, async programming, DI frameworks (Dagger/Hilt/Koin), and version control (Git).
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and secure coding practices.
• Excellent debugging, optimization skills, and ability to leverage AI development tools.
• Adaptability, quick learning, and ability to work independently with complex guidelines.
