Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Remote Home Care Intake Specialist with proven hands-on experience managing home care intake processes within the healthcare sector. This role will be responsible for handling client inquiries and referrals, gathering and documenting required information, coordinating appointments and services, and ensuring a smooth transition of clients into care. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish , highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with clients, families, referral sources, caregivers, and internal teams. We are looking for a strong candidate with relevant experience, skills, and qualifications who is a good fit for the role and the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage the intake process for new home care clients. Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and referrals from clients, families, and referral sources. Gather and accurately document required client information. Schedule appointments and follow up with patients and referral sources as needed. Coordinate with caregivers and internal teams to support quality care and a smooth transition to services. Maintain accurate and organized client intake records. Follow up on outstanding information or documentation. Ensure intake activities are completed accurately and efficiently. Handle client information with professionalism and confidentiality. Perform other duties related to the position as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Proficient level of English (written and spoken). Proficient level of Spanish (written and spoken). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, vendors, and teammates. Proven hands-on home care intake experience is required. Strong understanding of the home care intake process. Previous experience in the Healthcare sector is required. Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Resourceful, accountable, with a strong sense of ownership. Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills in fast-paced work environments. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage daily operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiar with standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management). Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows. Ability to follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision. Ability to work U.S. EST (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs. Interested in long-term career opportunities. Reliable Windows 10+ computer, two monitors, and high-speed internet. Professional home workstation capable of supporting uninterrupted remote work. Compensation & Benefits: 100% remote work. Compensation in USD. Full-time position with 40 hours weekly.
