Remote Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative

Role: Insurance Sales and Service Professional.

Responsibilities: Identify and develop insurance prospects, respond to referrals, pre-qualify clients, design coverage plans, survey risk exposures, create proposals, complete applications, and educate clients on policies. Maintain and review client policies regularly, develop a profitable book of business, and build strong client relationships. Handle inquiries, explain coverage details, and seek referrals to grow business. Document all interactions accurately and assist clients with loss control programs.

Qualifications & Skills: Valid Texas P&C license, excellent communication, computer proficiency, customer problem-solving ability, insurance knowledge, and prior experience. Strong organizational skills, ability to interpret complex information, and a sales-oriented mindset. Willingness to develop technical and sales skills continuously.
