About the Role: Position: Virtual Assistant Schedule: 40 hours per week Location: Fully remote Compensation: $4.00 - $10.00 USD per hour (based on experience) ** All Resumes should be submitted in English * What You'll Do: Provide exceptional phone, email, and chat-based support to customers. Assist with quoting, billing, invoices, policy changes, and account-related inquiries. Help customers navigate common insurance-related processes.
