Summary

We're hiring a Remote Interview Booking Agent to coordinate interviews with prospective candidates and ensure a smooth scheduling experience throughout the hiring process. You'll contact applicants, confirm availability, book interviews, and maintain accurate scheduling records using our internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys helping candidates move through the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective candidates to coordinate interview availability.
• Schedule interviews using internal calendars and recruiting systems.
• Confirm interview dates, times, and attendance with candidates.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records within the applicant tracking system.
• Respond to general scheduling questions in a professional manner.
• Follow established recruiting and scheduling procedures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling and productivity goals.
• Participate in virtual meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Support additional recruitment coordination and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls and communicating with candidates.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple interview schedules efficiently.
• Previous experience in interview scheduling, recruiting coordination, customer service, administrative support, call center operations, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
