Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with business leaders to design and develop reports that fuel strategic decision-making. Drive efficiency by implementing automated solutions for generating and delivering daily reports to both internal teams and external clients. Proactively monitor IT processes to ensure the consistent and reliable delivery of vital reports. Provide expert support for reporting and data-related issues, contributing to the identification of root causes and post-incident reviews. Conduct thorough data audits to maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Support audit and review processes related to IT reporting, ensuring all necessary evidence is readily available. Create and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation to facilitate seamless operations. Take on special projects as assigned, leveraging your skills to drive innovation and efficiency within the team. Role Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft O365, including Power Automate. Extensive experience with SQL is essential. Mandatory expertise in SSRS and/or SAP Reports. Ability to present data creatively and meaningfully to diverse audiences. A keen learner with a thirst for expanding skills in software development and data presentation. Strong multitasking abilities with a knack for setting and meeting priorities. Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with outstanding communication and customer service abilities. Additional Preferred Skills: Experience in WFM reporting.
