We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized Remote Junior Cybersecurity Project Coordinator to support our information security projects and initiatives.
In this role, you’ll help coordinate project activities, track deadlines, maintain project documentation, and communicate updates between cybersecurity, IT, and business teams. You’ll contribute to projects involving security improvements, compliance initiatives, technology upgrades, and risk reduction while developing practical knowledge of cybersecurity project delivery.

## Key Responsibilities
* Assist with coordinating cybersecurity projects and routine project activities.
* Maintain project schedules, task trackers, milestones, and action registers.
* Help organize project meetings and record decisions and follow-up actions.
* Coordinate information sharing between cybersecurity, IT, compliance, and business stakeholders.
* Track project progress and highlight overdue tasks or potential delivery issues.
* Maintain project documentation, status reports, and supporting records.
* Assist with preparing presentations and progress updates for project stakeholders.
* Help monitor project risks, dependencies, and outstanding decisions.
