Summary

We're hiring a Remote Lead Engagement Specialist to build meaningful connections with prospective customers through outbound phone outreach. You'll engage new leads, assess their level of interest, provide information about our services, and schedule qualified appointments. Responsibilities

• Contact prospective leads using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Engage customers with professional, friendly, and confident communication.
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on established guidelines.
• Schedule appointments using internal scheduling tools.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead activity.
• Follow company outreach processes and communication standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly engagement and appointment goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional lead engagement and outreach campaigns as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in lead engagement, lead generation, outbound calling, customer service, appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or call center operations is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
