Summary

We're hiring a Remote Prospect Engagement Specialist to connect with prospective customers through outbound phone outreach, build meaningful conversations, and schedule qualified appointments. You'll play an important role in generating new business opportunities by engaging potential customers, identifying their needs, and creating a positive first impression. This entry-level remote position is ideal for someone who is energetic, personable, and motivated to achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided systems.
• Engage prospects in professional conversations to determine interest and eligibility.
• Introduce company services and communicate key benefits effectively.
• Schedule appointments for qualified and interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Follow approved outreach scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment metrics.
• Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
• Support additional prospect engagement campaigns and administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls.
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to learn CRM systems and outreach tools quickly.
• Previous experience in customer service, lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, outbound sales, recruiting, call center operations, or business development is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, self-driven work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
