Remote Loan Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Agents to drive revenue, build client relationships, and contribute to company success in providing accessible, transparent lending products.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing clients’ financial needs and educating them on loan options
• Facilitating loan applications and ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
• Managing workload independently and tracking leads through each sales stage
• Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively

Qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 2 years in personal lending or loan advisory roles
• Proven success in converting leads and meeting sales goals
• Strong technological literacy and ability to assist clients with online processes
• Solid understanding of personal finance and lending regulations
• Excellent objection handling, listening, and engagement skills
