Role Description

• Design, build and maintain production-grade multi-agent systems, not prototypes or demos.
• Develop Supervisor & Sub-agent patterns, tool calling and structured output enforcement.
• Build reliable Python/API services with retries, rate-limit handling, idempotency and resumable long-running workflows.
• Implement observability across distributed agent calls, including tracing, correlation and telemetry.
• Build and maintain evaluation (eval) harnesses to measure system performance and correctness beyond schema conformance.
• Work with document extraction pipelines for messy PDFs and inconsistent spreadsheets, including handling low-confidence results.
• Collaborate directly with the client team through daily written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Proven production experience with multi-agent systems.
• Strong Python and API service engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience with Azure; Azure Foundry is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Azure fundamentals, Managed Identity and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with observability, distributed tracing and telemetry.
• Experience building or maintaining evaluation / testing frameworks for AI systems.
• Experience with document extraction is a plus.
• Insurance or Financial Services domain experience is a plus, not required.
• Good written and spoken English communication
