Selected professionals will review clinical materials, simulated patient interactions, and mental-health scenarios involving service members and veterans, helping ensure that AI-generated content reflects appropriate clinical reasoning, culturally informed communication, and evidence-based mental-health practice. No prior experience in AI is required; relevant clinical expertise is the primary qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate clinical accuracy, diagnostic reasoning, and appropriateness of therapeutic approaches
  • Identify oversimplified, misleading, or clinically inappropriate content
  • Apply evidence-based judgement across complex behavioural-health scenarios
  • Ensure outputs reflect realistic clinical standards and patient-care considerations

Military & Veteran Mental Health Expertise

  • Apply specialised knowledge of mental-health conditions commonly affecting service members and veterans
  • Evaluate scenarios involving trauma, PTSD, traumatic brain injury, adjustment disorders, and related conditions
  • Consider deployment history, military culture, transition experiences, and veteran-specific stressors
  • Identify cultural or contextual factors that materially affect assessment and treatment
  • Ensure communication reflects sensitivity to the lived experiences of military and veteran populations

Clinical Content Development

  • Translate complex clinical concepts into clear and accessible written material
  • Support creation of high-quality clinical reference content
  • Maintain strong standards of accuracy, nuance, and professional judgement

Therapeutic & Diagnostic Reasoning

  • Evaluate diagnostic processes and differential considerations
  • Assess whether therapeutic recommendations are clinically appropriate and context-sensitive
  • Review communication strategies used in simulated mental-health interactions
  • Identify gaps in assessment, risk evaluation, or treatment reasoning
  • Apply professional judgement to ambiguous or multifactorial clinical situations

Expert Feedback & Project Collaboration

  • Provide structured feedback and nuanced clinical analysis
  • Document findings, recommendations, and potential areas for improvement clearly
  • Participate in virtual discussions or consultative sessions when needed
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to align on clinical quality standards
  • Help refine content and evaluation frameworks as project requirements evolve

Ideal Profile

  • Board-certified or otherwise appropriately qualified psychiatrist with completed medical residency, or clinical psychologist with a completed PhD
  • Substantial direct patient-care experience with military personnel and/or veteran populations
  • Deep familiarity with trauma, PTSD, TBI, adjustment disorders, and related behavioural-health conditions
  • Strong therapeutic-intervention and clinical-assessment skills
  • Experience developing or reviewing clinical content, training materials, or assessment tools is highly valuable
  • Strong cultural competence when working with military and veteran communities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly to varied audiences
  • Strong attention to clinical accuracy, sensitivity, and detail
  • Interest in applying clinical expertise to technology-driven mental-health initiatives
  • No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required
  • Applicants with proficiency in Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Lithuanian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, Gujarati, or Bulgarian are being prioritised

Engagement Details
