Job Description Remote : South Africa PA list Rota Holidays- checking staff do not go over allowance Monitoring staff sickness Dental compliance and chasing up outstanding docs / Audits / GDC register checks / DC log books being completed Check FP17 raised Bad debt chasing Patient in credit list Unsigned lists Patients with no future appointments Recalls- check they are being completed Franklin expenses sheet Portman expenses sheet Chasing- EG Danny jobs Booking in services on equipment / legionella / fire alarms etc Interviewing new staff Locum staff (brighton area see if there are cheaper staff available) Better deals on indemnity insurance Check patients without £££ raised Checked deleted Band 1 claims for dentist wages Check dentist private lists Check reception private booking list TASKS allocated by pkc and mb Stock ordering and deals Check cctv at reception and surgeries and staff activity Check takings from the day before Check money banked Populating the UDA lists for dentist, therapist, oral surgeons and VT at performer and practice level montly Lab bills- checking for competitive prices PA list Prepare spreadsheets for associate performance Private income data Bookings check for white space Phone stats – number of calls etc Rego- IMOS bookings / normal practice rego- are responses being completed UDA targets Handpiece repairs- monitor with serial numbers , where being sent to , prices Keeping track of visa paperwork for overseas staff Checking staff timesheets Checking prison DC- docs up to date Clinical waste deals – are we paying too much? Water supplies / internet supplies / Gas etc- check for competitive prices Check nhs.net emails / info@chopradental emails- are replies being completed / create a standard reply for patients Draft group practice emails to send out to staff (eg CQC updates, infection control, how to use fire extinguishers , how to deal with medical emergencies etc) Update practice policies / check they are correct Chase labs for missing labwork Xero – invoice s Dentist wages sheets Sickness- is it being recorded onto DC VT holidays Prescription logs Friends and family tests completed monthly and scanned Patient satisfaction questionnaires completed?
