𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

As a Remote Outreach Specialist, you’ll engage prospective customers through high-volume outbound calling, communicate available opportunities, and help book qualified appointments for sales professionals. You’ll follow a proven outreach process, use CRM and dialer tools, and receive training from experienced U.S.-based professionals.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using our CRM and dialer system.

• Engage prospects professionally and introduce available services.

• Clearly explain appointment details and relevant information.

• Follow the provided script and established outreach process.

• Handle common questions and objections while maintaining a positive tone.

• Qualify prospects based on established appointment criteria.

• Book appointments directly on sales professionals’ calendars.

• Accurately log call outcomes, lead statuses, and appointments in the CRM.

• Maintain consistent daily, weekly, and monthly performance.

• Participate in coaching sessions and team check-ins.

• Follow established call quality and communication standards.

• Perform other support tasks as needed.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Fluent in English with excellent spoken communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Confident phone presence and professional demeanor.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Ability to follow scripts and established outreach procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable primary and backup internet connection and consistent power supply.

• Laptop/PC and smartphone required.

• Ability to work independently and remain performance-driven remotely.

• Previous outreach, appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or call center experience is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to learn quickly and respond positively to coaching.
