Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Remote Patient Monitor on behalf of our client — a rapidly growing home-based healthcare organization headquartered in Arkansas. This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with a nursing background and strong Athena EMR experience who’s passionate about improving patient outcomes through remote care.

As the Remote Patient Monitor, you’ll be responsible for tracking patient health data, conducting outreach calls, and ensuring accurate documentation within Athena EMR. You’ll monitor key vital sign parameters, check for out-of-range readings, and coordinate with providers to ensure timely interventions when needed.

This role is a blend of clinical insight and administrative excellence — perfect for someone who understands patient care but thrives in a structured, data-driven environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting patients receiving home visits, helping manage their ongoing health data and coordinating communication with their clinical care team.

About Our Client

Their team of medical professionals brings high-quality, personalized care directly to patients’ homes, ensuring continuity and compassion every step of the way.

The organization’s mission is to make healthcare more accessible, proactive, and human by combining hands-on home visits with modern remote patient monitoring systems.
