We're seeking a Remote Phone Representative to communicate with prospective customers, provide helpful information, and schedule appointments through outbound phone calls. You'll represent our organization with professionalism, build rapport with customers, and ensure every conversation delivers a positive experience. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a remote, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls using our CRM and automated dialing system.
• Speak with prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Explain available services and answer general questions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments using internal systems.
• Record accurate customer information and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow communication guidelines and established call procedures.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Attend virtual meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Support additional phone outreach and administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable making and receiving calls throughout the workday.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity.
• Previous experience in customer service, phone support, call center operations, outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
