SUMMARY:

As a Remote Phone Screener, you will serve as an important first point of contact for prospective candidates. You will conduct initial screening calls, learn about applicant experience and qualifications, communicate available job opportunities, and identify candidates who meet established requirements. Qualified applicants will then be coordinated for interviews with hiring managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct 150-250 candidate outreach and phone screening interactions daily using provided candidate information and CRM tools.
• Contact prospective applicants and introduce available employment opportunities.
• Conduct structured screening conversations to evaluate candidate experience, communication, attitude, and overall suitability.
• Clearly communicate position details, expectations, requirements, and next steps.
• Apply predefined screening criteria consistently when evaluating applicants.
• Identify qualified candidates who should progress to the next stage of the hiring process.
• Schedule qualified applicants for interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, screening notes, call outcomes, and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Follow established phone screening scripts, recruitment procedures, and communication workflows.
• Complete other candidate screening and recruitment support tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Strong telephone communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Professional and confident phone presence.
• Ability to accurately assess candidate attitude, experience, and communication during a phone conversation.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of screening calls each day.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate CRM documentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Primary and secondary internet connection and electricity required.
• Computer and mobile device required.
• Previous experience in phone screening, recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call center work is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience following an English-language script is a plus.
