Remote Product Designer

We are seeking a Product Designer to develop intuitive mobile and tablet interfaces for mission-critical field operations, including disconnected environments.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-fidelity prototypes, conducting UX research and testing, defining product workflows, and maintaining user personas. The role involves designing data-centered tools, optimizing user flows, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

Qualifications include a portfolio demonstrating experience in enterprise mobile design and proficiency in Figma. Candidates should have 3-5 years of product design experience, with expertise in Android (Material Design) and iOS (HIG), responsive design, and accessibility standards.

Key skills involve translating complex workflows for smaller screens, designing for offline scenarios, and understanding mobile interaction patterns. Technical knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud environments, and MDM systems is preferred.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, are autonomous, adaptable, and experienced working remotely.

Travel expectations are 10-15%, and the role offers competitive compensation based on experience.
