Remote Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead foundational design work for a next-generation Marketing Operating System.
In this role, you will architect the core Agentic Application Framework, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex requirements into intuitive AI-powered experiences.
You will design scalable systems, patterns, and interactions that enhance AI-driven workflows, ensuring quality, consistency, and speed across the platform.
Responsibilities include building the Agentic Apps foundation in Figma, advancing AI interaction models, mentoring designers, and influencing design standards.
Qualifications include 7–10+ years of product design experience, expertise in systems and platform design, AI workflows, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Core skills involve AI & agentic design fluency, prototyping, motion, technical literacy, and leadership without formal authority.
The role demands strong judgment, ownership, and curiosity about AI innovations.
