Role Description

The Remote Promoter [Volunteer] role is a volunteer position focused on increasing awareness of Moxingaa through online and community-based outreach. Day-to-day tasks may include sharing approved content on social media platforms, engaging with online communities, and introducing Moxingaa’s initiatives to potential supporters or users. The role involves responding to basic inquiries, providing courteous information, and directing interested individuals to appropriate resources or team members. Remote Promoters may also assist with simple marketing campaigns, participate in online training sessions, and offer feedback on promotional materials and outreach strategies. This is a fully remote volunteer role, with flexible hours and online collaboration.

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse audiences.
• Customer Service abilities, such as active listening, empathy, and professional responsiveness to inquiries.
• Basic Sales-related skills, including presenting offerings in a positive manner and encouraging interest or participation.
• Marketing skills, including familiarity with social media platforms, online outreach, and brand promotion.
• Interest or experience in Training, such as willingness to learn new tools and share knowledge with peers.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment and managing time effectively.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer or mobile device for online activities.
• Previous experience in outreach, community engagement, or promotion is helpful but not required.
