Remote Reconciliation & Payments Expert

Chargeflow in the Billing & Collections team runs hands-on reconciliation across multi-channel payments; you match payments to invoices and resolve mismatches to close the loop.

This role is heavy in Excel and data quality, with AI-assisted workflows using Claude to reduce repetitive tasks over time. You engage with internal teams and customers, maintain clear working papers, and own accounts end to end, from opening to final resolution.
