Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screenings with prospective candidates.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain organized candidate records in recruiting software.
• Meet daily outreach and interview scheduling goals.
• Participate in recruiting strategy meetings and coaching sessions.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
