Remote Sales Closer

Company Description We install Christmas lights on Luxury homes in Miami and primarily serve a high-end customer base with very high expectations and busy lives.

Role Description Your job is to close in-bound leads. Maintain relationships with clients, organize your CRM, and follow-up. There is a basic script, but you will need to know when to implement/identify objections and just be overall a hardworking hungry person. Long hours- Saturday work is expected, for this salary + bonus job.

Qualifications

English is absolutely critical, as well as spanish!

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and handle questions effectively.
• Candidates should possess proven Closings and Deal Closure skills to successfully convert qualified leads into confirmed sales.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Escrow and basic contract or payment processes to support secure and accurate transaction completion.
• Experience in remote or phone-based sales, particularly in seasonal or service-based industries, is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and maintain organized records in CRM or similar tools.
• Comfort with basic technology (video calls, email, online document signing) and a reliable internet connection.
• Availability to work flexible hours aligned with peak customer inquiry times during the holiday season.
• Prior experience in lighting, home services, or related fields is a plus but not required.
