Take pre-set appointments and live-transfer calls. Close high-ticket investment programs. Earn $100K-$150K+ annually (our current team average). You'll get a $36K base for stability, uncapped commissions for performance, and full benefits (health stipend, company-paid supplemental coverage, 401k match). You'll work from home with genuine downtime between calls. Here's what we need to see: 2+ years crushing B2C high-ticket phone sales Proven track record with $3K+ programs CRM proficiency The discipline to work remote and perform Here's what you'll get: Pre-qualified leads (no cold calling) A rotating schedule you'll know in advance Six-figure earning potential Actual work-life balance A company that's been thriving for two decades Hours: Your Schedule (MST): Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off. You’ll work a 5-day schedule , never more than five days in a row , with two consecutive days off each week . You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week ) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls. You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week , each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks . This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers. When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer.
