Remote Sales Customer Service Representative

The Outbound Sales Customer Service Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products and services, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves achieving sales targets, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, issues, and market conditions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
