Remote Senior Community Director

Role Overview: Lead efforts to grow, engage, and enable the global security researcher community, with ownership of the Live Hacking Events product line.
Responsible for defining strategy, delivering profitable high-touch hacking engagements, and driving community expansion aligned with company goals.
Collaborate across departments to ensure community health, researcher success, and customer outcomes, embedding AI to enhance operations.
Manage product roadmap, profitability, and delivery quality, while developing leaders and building scalable systems.
Use data analytics to inform decisions, optimize engagement, and measure success.
Build strategic partnerships and influence company strategy through community insights.
Lead change and own community growth, retention, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

12+ years in security, bug bounty, community leadership, or related fields with managerial experience.

Experience owning product lines, P&L management, and driving growth in complex enterprise environments.

Deep domain expertise in security, professional services, or bug bounty programs.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred experience in security communities, live event operations, AI integration, and high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity sectors.
