Remote Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure & Tools

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure & Tools to enhance engineering efficiency, deployment reliability, developer experience, and security automation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Redesigning CI/CD pipelines to automate quality checks and improve deployment speed
• Building internal tooling and workflows to optimize developer productivity and create isolated development environments
• Implementing AI-assisted automation for workflows and operational tasks
• Embedding security and compliance checks within the SDLC, including vulnerability scanning and secret detection
• Developing observability metrics to monitor deployment performance and identify bottlenecks
• Collaborating across teams, providing technical leadership, and mentoring engineers

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD systems, developer tooling, or infrastructure platforms
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with automated testing, security integrations, and scalable system ownership
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity

Preferred skills:

• Experience with AI or LLM-based tools, observability platforms, and compliance-sensitive environments
