[ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC ]

• Create content and visuals for new job postings across PICKDI’s social media platforms.
• Respond to comments and direct messages on all social media channels.
• Optimize candidate communication flows, including chat scripts, auto-replies, and message templates.
• Support weekly and monthly social media content planning and execution (Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok...)
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting both advertising and organic performance data.
• Support managing PICKDI’s collaborator network: Assign jobs for the collaborators, revise content guidelines & provide feedback for collaborators content, calculate their bonus...
• Support other operational tasks under the guidance of Growth Marketing Manager.

[ YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC ]

• 6+ months of experience in social media marketing, content marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio are welcome
• Must have graduated and able to commit to full-time work
• Can use Canva for design tasks (Using templates for job postings)
• Have experience writing social media content across different platforms: Facebook / Threads / LinkedIn, etc.
• Good English proficiency to communicate with the internal team (Mostly chat & writing, but speaking ability is still required to communicate in online meetings
• Proactive and organized. You like keeping things running smoothly
• Familiar with Google Workspace and communication tools like Zalo and Email
• Curious and open to learning new systems or tools
• Like to share ideas and take initiative. We value fresh perspectives!

[ Điều kiện làm việc ]

Loại hợp đồng:

• Hợp đồng lao động fulltime

Địa điểm: 100% remote

Thời gian:

Thứ 2 – Thứ 6:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7) - Bao gồm 1 giờ nghỉ trưa.

Thứ 7:

• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (GMT+7)

[ PAYMENT ]

Fresher: Gross 8 ~ 10 M VND / month

• You must have graduated from your school to apply for this position
• Social and health insurance, 13th-month salary, and annual paid leave will also be provided in accordance with basic Vietnamese labor law

[ THỬ VIỆC & HỢP ĐỒNG ]

• Probation period: 2 months
• After the trial period, we will extend your contract based on your performance
• Depending on your performance, this role could turn into a full-time position
