Job Title: Remote Staffing Specialist

Summary:

As a Remote Staffing Specialist, you will assist with the candidate pipeline by connecting with prospective applicants, completing preliminary screening, and advancing qualified candidates toward interviews. You will play an important role in maintaining a consistent flow of candidates through the staffing process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume candidate outreach using provided contact information.
• Complete approximately 150-250 candidate interactions and screening activities daily.
• Explain staffing opportunities and relevant position information.
• Assess candidate responses against established staffing requirements.
• Identify applicants appropriate for the next stage of the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews for qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate staffing and candidate records in the CRM.
• Follow standardized staffing scripts and communication procedures.
• Complete additional staffing support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate employment information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail when documenting candidate activity.
• Comfortable working with high-volume applicant pipelines.
• Reliable primary and backup internet and electricity.
• Computer and mobile device required.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely.
• Staffing, recruiting, customer service, or call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience following English scripts is a plus.
