𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

As a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist, you’ll connect with prospective candidates regarding available employment opportunities. You’ll conduct outbound calls, communicate position information, identify interested applicants, and help coordinate qualified candidates for the next stage of the recruitment process.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Conduct high-volume outbound candidate outreach using our CRM and dialer system.

• Contact prospective candidates regarding available employment opportunities.

• Clearly communicate position details, requirements, and next steps.

• Follow established outreach scripts and candidate communication procedures.

• Ask preliminary questions to understand candidate interest and suitability.

• Identify candidates who meet initial screening requirements.

• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews using internal scheduling tools.

• Accurately record candidate interactions, outcomes, and statuses in the CRM.

• Complete candidate follow-ups as required.

• Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment activity.

• Participate in coaching sessions and team check-ins.

• Perform other recruitment support tasks as needed.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Fluent in English with excellent spoken communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.

• Confident and professional phone presence.

• Comfortable conducting frequent outbound candidate calls.

• Strong organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow scripts and established recruitment procedures.

• Reliable primary and backup internet connection and consistent power supply.

• Laptop or PC and smartphone required.

• Able to work independently and remain productive remotely.

• Previous recruitment, talent sourcing, sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to learn quickly and accept coaching.
